At USSD we felt welcomed by a warm and friendly atmosphere. The dojo is clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything needed for a great training experience. Sensei Donovan and Xena have made each class fun while instilling important values like respect, focus, and perseverance. My kids absolutely love attending class.

I'm very impressed with this business and the owner Aaron. He was so kind and and patient with my 4 year old grandson. He suggested we wait until he is 5 years old to start the program. I really appreciated his honesty. Thank you so much for your time.

I have been going to USSD since I was seven. This organization has helped me build as a person and now I know that I can defend myself. This has definitely been my favorite extra curricular activity by a huge margin. - Nick, Brown Belt 1st Degree

You will participate in our highly successful private/group training system allows students to progress at their own pace. This allows proper focus on specific needs and interests. You and/or your child will not get lost in the crowd like a generic MMA gym.
