They were very friendly and helpful on the phone taking my order, which was for a small framed antique mirror replacement. Their price was 1/3 that of what I saw on Amazon for a custom mirror, plus I was dealing with real people who were so friendly! I had asked them not to put it in the frame just to cut costs, but when I arrived, they had framed it for me too (possibly on accident). When I mentioned that I had only paid for the glass, not the framing, they said, "Don't worry about it." The mirror is so clear and good quality, I'm very happy with my experience with them. Thank you!

We had some windows fail in a stairway. Not easy to reach. The guys did a great job in replacing them. They left the house totally clean and were very conscientious about the plants below and keeping the doors closed while going in and out.

I really appreciate JNL glass. They are friendly and good value for all kinds of glass. Get to know them, explain your needs, ask for advice, and they'll help. Martha at the front counter is always smiling, easy to work with.I haven't used them to do any installing but there is a yard full of trucks and the glass guys are approachable if you have questions. And everyone seems to get along. Always a good sign!
