Rich is the best yoga teacher in town. I've been practicing yoga since 1981; had classes with many teachers, as well as attended many workshops. I've taken basic and advanced teacher training at White Lotus. He's the best teacher of all.

Richard's the best! My girl friend and I would drive to his classes 3-4 times per week from Ventura until Covid and the traffic situation became unbearable. If you're a "serious" yoga practioner or just getting started this is the studio for you. Tony Deleo
