Flow Yoga has a welcoming and sweet vibe. I've been to a few programs so far and plan to go back often. There is so much to explore, the massages, the sauna, the yoga, the beautiful gifts in the store, and the special events. I love it! ?

Shannon and her team are amazing! Once this wonderful place gets discovered, we're all in trouble! Great classes, staff, retail, sauna, massage and after class tea community! Like hanging out in a friend's living room...and now it is!

Flow Yoga is wonderful addition to the community! Every time I've practiced it come to a social, it's been the highlight of my week. Far too much to say re how beautiful Christine's class along with Amars mindfulness and kindness during his grief workshop moves me.
