This is a bit of a different kind of a review, because I used to work for Del Bonis Carpet Cleaning. I now have over 38 years of professional cleaning experience (am no longer in the Santa Barbara area), but I have a passion for this work and a great respect for those in our industry who operate with skill and integrity, like Joe Del Bonis. As an employee, I appreciated Joe's commitment to providing excellent quality and service to each and every client we served. He always stood behind his work and would always make it right if an issue ever arose. I wish there were six stars....Joe and his team are that GOOD! A guest room carpet had been wet for a week by a leaking pipe. I thought I'd have to replace it but Joe came in and took care of it beautifully! In the last month he has cleaned all of our windows/ our outdoor cushions and an apartment my son had rented.
