Our homeowners association in Carpinteria asked Channel Data to install five wireless cameras for us. Connecting them wirelessly was a challenge because they are spread over a very large area. But David Lloyd did a great job! It wasn't as simple as we originally thought but David persisted. He returned several times and always expeditiously. He was amazingly responsive often answering email questions late in the evening. This went far beyond the call of duty. Eventually we had to change the system a little bit to make it all work but again he did quickly and efficiently. I've worked with Don McCaffrey and the team at Channel Data Systems for many years. Don is always responsive and efficient with his response times and has yet to let me down. Even after moving out of state I continue to use their services. Highly recommend if you're looking for professional service at a fair price.

I’m new in town and was in an unusual situation. I accepted a position but was living in a hotel in the meantime. My company gave me a computer but in order to update the security settings and log on, I had to plug it in via Ethernet into a router. Every place I went to in town had policies restricting me from doing this. I called Channel Data Systems and within 5 minutes they said they could help me out! I drove down and entered the store, everyone was very polite and I was handed a 25 ft Ethernet cable. I was able to reset my security settings and everything went smooth with IT.
