Dr. Lipsun is great! I only took off one star because the person checking me in told me I was supposed to get to my appointment 40 minutes early but I never got a notice saying that I was supposed to. It was made to look like it was my fault when clearly a communication wasn't sent to me.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! From the moment I walked in as a patient I was greeted, attended to and informed about my examination process by friendly staff with excellent communication skills. The lady who started my examination process was articulate and well spoken, making comprehension of the process easy and comfortable. Daryl Lipsun, O.D. was AMAZING!!! Dr. Kawaguchi is knowledgeable, patient, and genuine. He takes the time to make sure your prescription is as accurate as possible. I really appreciate his demeanor & willingness to answer questions in detail without any impatience. He's great, couldn't recommend him enough!
