My body was in so many knots from stress and the day to day grind, including too much time hunched over in the car and at the computer. Roger was incredible and worked out all the stress knots and stiffness. I don't live in Santa Barbara so took a chance based on reviews and I am SO GLAD I did! This will be my go-to spot for bodywork when I'm in town! I feel energized and refreshed. I'm baaaack! :) Thank you Roger; grateful for you and your gift!
I came to Roger in a state of desperation. I've had a severely tense neck and shoulder area for years now. The night before I came to see Roger, I slept wrong and could barely move my neck in the morning. I couldn't even look into my blind spot when I drove myself to my emergency massage appointment later that same day. Roger was very personable and friendly, which put me at ease straight away. He began by opening up my chest area, explaining that unless we relaxed this part of the body first, my neck and shoulder muscles would take longer to open up. Fiona is a beautiful soul. I instantly felt relaxed when I met her. She is truly amazing at what she does. I love her honesty and openness about sessions and support. She checks in after sessions and her ginger tea is delish. Thank you so much xxxxx
