I have used them on numerous occasions both for small handyman services, as well as for larger projects, including a home remodel, a full landscape installation, and extensive work on a leaking garage full of wood rot. Sean and Kathy are both licensed contractors, and are super attentive to detail. Their employees and subs are all wonderful to work with, and are excellent at their jobs. So happy to have found 805 Handyman!

Kathy & Sean are great professionals. They know what they're talking about, the pricing is reasonable and they get it done! I would definitely recommend them over anyone for flooring jobs in Goleta, Santa Barbara and Montecito!

Called 805 to replace water damaged flooring. The staff was professional and friendly. Kept us informed of what they were going to do and scheduled the replacement of the carpet.Service: Flooring repair
