Another major advantage is that this company is Spanish-speaking, which was very helpful to me and my husband. Their knowledge of Santa Ana building codes was also very good, and they were always available to run down to the city to fill out any necessary paperwork. They handled all the permits and inspections, and sent the workers to my property on time. Building a home is stressful and I am so glad that I was able to have the Vasquez family handle all that stress.

Throughout the construction, there were issues like material shortages or blueprint issues and they were so quick to fix these problems. They have been in the business for a long time and they know how to fix any issues. I like that if I saw a mistake or an issue, l could give them a call and they would send someone to fix it right away; honest people!

This to me was one the best qualities of Elegant construction, when we communicated our concerns Eddie didn't make excuses or make us feel uncomfortable about communicating our concerns , he just said " I'll send someone out to fix it" which he did almost immediately.
