We keep calling him out because his work is striking, top quality, and great value.<br>We started with replacing a stairwell handrail and banister with a modern black powder coated piece that looks great and has stayed solid after over a year - even with kids hanging and climbing on them. We then had him build a gate for our pool equipment and replace our balcony banister. Then called him back again for a stairwell, loft banister, equipment fence, and gates in a new adu we built. Everything is amazing. I included photos of some but not even everything. We get lots of compliments and everything is rock solid.“

He is realistic, very fair, and an excellent communicator.<br><br>We were inexperienced customers and a bit nervous. Eric was okay with that and quickly returned our phone calls, texts, and emails over a three week period. He was always easy to reach and quick with the answers. He guided us around the showroom in Santa Ana, answered all our questions, and agreed to work with us on our tight schedule. “We just had Orange Coast Fence Co. replace the chain link on 19 exterior dog runs at our dog boarding and training facility and they were great to work with. We met with at least 4 other companies for estimates prior to meeting with Doug (ad talked to countless others via phone and email), and each of the previous contacts left something to be seriously desired: either they weren't interested in the large scale of the project, the estimates were completely outlandish, or the estimators were unable to envision our goals/help us problem solve the issues we were having. Doug came out promptly, and immediately discussed solutions for the problems we were having, explained everything patiently and thoroughly, and was personable too! Not only that, but he gave us the most reasonable estimate. Finding these guys was a huge relief to say the least. The work looks great and we feel confident Doug and Trudi's crew got our place in the best possible shape. We'll gladly use them again when the need arises!“
