I am extremely grateful and appreciative of our salesman, Herb! He was by far one of the BEST car salesmen we've ever done business with. Not only did he wait for us to arrive, so close to closing time, he was very welcoming, professional, and just straight-up honest with us. There was no pressure or persuading when discussing the Volkswagen brand. We've owned many VW's, and Herb went to battle for us in getting the best trade-in deal for our VW buggy. There are no words for the type of person Herb is. His willingness to go above and beyond to put a smile on our face is a true testament to his kindness and generosity. Thrilled with my new Tiguan. Kevin Ruelas provided us with outstanding service. He understood our needs and concerns and was professional, personable, patient, and helpful When we needed to return home before completing our walk through he offered to assist us later at our convenience and followed up on the promise. We were able to absorb so much more when we returned and Kevin took his time to be sure we were fully comfortable . He additionally made himself available for any future concerns. I would happily work with and recommend Kevin as a fine representative of the company!

Mitch in the service department saved my day! I was on the way into my office, which is in Irvine from Los Angeles when I got out of my car and noticed that I had a front flat tire. I called Mitch and he immediately treated me like I was the only client he had that day. Before I knew it I was sitting in there very clean service lounge and Mitch made it a point to update me on every step of getting my tire replaced. The whole process only took about an hour and Mitch was super helpful. I have never experienced this level of service at my local VW dealer and from now on out will only be working with South Coast. Mitch, thank you so much for your support and dedication.
