Rude and bad customer service. I am about to change my doctors office. I was a long wait. Can't help you always have to scan a code to do everything. What's the point they're sitting there.

Do NOT take your teens to this place! Something is off with it. When a 15 yr old has a wellness appointment, you expect a health questionnaire with questions asking about family health history, NOT a mental health questionnaire with the first question being "Has your child ever witnessed someone in the home go to jail/prison?" Like wtf?! So... We're a Latino community, so automatically, it must be assumed that every child deals with this?! If I felt my teenager needed a psychiatrist or counselor, I would be taking him to one, not to a general practice physician. The ONLY health question asked was regarding tuberculosis. That's it. I don't know what kind of setup they have going on between the doctor and psychology department, but this type of questioning sent up red flags real quick. Even if there isn't something fishy going on, they need to rethink those questionnaires. They're pointless for a health & wellness exam/physical, very intrusive and downright insulting!

This place is an absolute joke. I made an appointment 2 months ago and as a result, the experience was horrible. I basically couldn't EVEN GET IN their health center at all. They scheduled my visit on saturaday so I was like "huh? they're closed on the weekends..." I just assumed that they arranged a short time for me on that day. It turns out, there was a marathon event around the city, so the entire streets were blocked, so that I couldn't get any closer to the center. I kept calling to that center and the call center lady said "I don't know about (the doc's name) at all. I don't know. bye" I was so confused because I needed to tell them I'm getting late due to the city event. My wife and I ended up getting tired of arguing with them because this place is absolutely not worth it for ANY SECOND OF YOUR LIFE I swear to god.
