I can't express how grateful I am to have found this dental office! Dr. Le and the team's sense of professionalism and care is simply, in my experience, UNMATCHED! I know it's a dental office but from the moment I walk in and greeted I feel valued and not just a Dollar $ign walking through the doors. They don't just ask "how are you doing today?" They genuinely ask and when I'm in the chair they address any concerns, and any suggestions are made with compassion and understanding. I've had years of bad experiences when it comes to dentistry. Dr. Lee and Michelle's approach to their patients by far is the best I have experienced. They made me feel comfortable by treating me like a person first. I was informed of the procedures by detailed explanation and in verbiage I understood. As usual I was gripping the arm chairs so hard my fingers went numb, half way through my procedure my grip loosened completely. I trust Dr. Le and the overall office is so welcoming. I highly recommend them, especially if you're normally an avoider when it comes to going to the dentist.
long story short you have a LOT of options around here but i promise you SCM is the right choice. if you want the deets/long story buckle up. i was suffering from a tooth ache before a holiday weekend. luckily i had friday off and thought "if i don't take care of this now i could ruin my weekend" i immediately went to yelp to find a dentist and found about 10 within a 1 mile radius. the first place i called said they could squeeze me in "right now" but that they would be unavailable if i didn't show up in the next 15 mins. i'd have to come in immediately to get x-rays for the dentist to review them and refer me out to..??? idk who. i... read full review
