Eric really made this happen for us. He is very business oriented and a straight talker. He is realistic, very fair, and an excellent communicator.
We were inexperienced customers and a bit nervous. Eric was okay with that and quickly returned our phone calls, texts, and emails over a three week period. He was always easy to reach and quick with the answers. He guided us around the showroom in Santa Ana, answered all our questions, and agreed to work with us on our tight schedule. Eric really "bridged gaps" to meet our requirements and timeline!
So Cal Fencing just installed vinyl fence on two sides of our property. The job was a little tricky as we had some existing vinyl fence that had to be added to and matched, as well as a "repair" to the existing vinyl fence.My call for an estimate was returned very promptly and I had an appointment with Eric within just a few days. He was very knowledgeable, since he was previously an installer, he knew exactly how to deal with our repair and matching the old fence (the other companies we interviewed would not). One of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. So Cal Fence was just fantastic. First, let's just say that I was difficult to deal with in the beginning. I had to get both neighbors on board and Eric was more than patient and accommodating during all the delays. Once they got started, the crew was professional, courteous and often left my yard cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. Just a great bunch of guys. And the fence looks fantastic. Such a big improvement in the way it looks. I really couldn't be happier and I'm so glad I chose So Cal Fencing.
