Hector and Gilbert are 1st class in service, reliability, and making your worst nightmare more bareable. Hector took time to explain what his plan of attack was, the potential timeframe, and both gentleman took great care in handling our living space. I am so grateful to have them on our job. We have had the unfortuate experience of needing Servepro 2x and the Tustin office has been terrific.

We had the shower valve in upstairs guest bathroom leak. Water soaked bathroom floor and water went down wall into kitchen. We realized we had a problem when we observed water coming out of wall socket onto the counter. Insurance company sent out Servpro to begin cleanup after plumber fixed leak. Richard the lead person and his crew over the next five days used dryers on the floors and walls. They very carefully removed kitchen cabinets, dry wall, bathroom flooring and granite baseboard. They came everyday for four days to check on progress of drying. When everything was dry, they removed all equipment and cleaned all areas. I am a very satisfied customer!

Servpro of Tustin handled a really complicated water damage that we had in our condo in Rancho Santa Margarita. It flooded not just our unit, but our two lower neighbors as well. Everyone was well taken care of and the crew was really great at explaining the process the entire time. Thank you to their entire team for a job well done!
