The customer service was extremely rude and dismissive during my call. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional and unwilling to help, which made the experience very frustrating.

I was at the Gym thats open 24/7 Mon-Thurs when they towed my car. They didn't even ask if it belonged to anyone. I was in the Planet Fitness by Bristol and Memory lane when they towed my car. I didnt notice until i was done with my workout

They towed my car from in front of my shop, even though I own the shop, and they towed it while I was inside. When I went to their office, there was an old lady working there who was extremely rude and started yelling at me, saying, “Go back to your country!” She also said I wouldn’t get my car back unless I paid $500 cash only. I told her I wanted to pay by card, but she refused and said cash only. On top of that, my car has damages. This company is terrible, and no one should deal with them, especially because of that rude old lady in the office.
