It was very easy and pleasant to work with Primal Windows and Doors from placing an order to scheduling an appointment and getting installation done. I had a garden window replaced. Their measurement was so precise I did not lose any dead space between the 2X4 and the new window frame. Their price is great and the window quality is top notch!

From start to finish, our experience with this company was first rate. Isaac showed up as scheduled and provided us with all the information we needed to make our decision. There were no pushy sales tactics whatsoever, which is so refreshing in this day and age. It was a pleasure meeting him. Once we made our decision, we were kept informed about the install date and our windows were installed as scheduled. We were able to get great windows installed in 3 weeks ...no 8 week wait like other companies. The guys who did the install did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I had my windows done from Primal Windows and Doors. I so much appreciated the customer service. Claudia and her team did not disappoint. I received a great quote and jumped on it and within a week my windows were installed and I Love them. U won’t be disappointed
