It has been a few (20) years since we installed a pool and did a complete remodel of our backyard....we compared a few companies...and although Pacific was a bit more expensive...they were local...were doing the pool for a neighbor and most importantly...honest....no it may not be done by July...etc...but their subs (masonry, patio cover, soft scape) were great and they always kept us in the loop....glad the experience is over...but could not be happier with the results... read full review

From a response to my inquiry to setting up an appointment was quick and easy. Needed some new equipment I had to be installed and control unit programmed and trained how to use it. From Rich returning my call quickly to Victor and his team to install was such a lovely experience. Very knowledgeable, professional but so nice, this team took care of everything same day. Victor was very patient on training (hubby asks a lot of questions) and we could not be happier with this company. Highly recommend them, especially for everything!

Pacific Paradise built my pool several years ago. Did a fantastic job at a good price. Recently I needed the pool pump replaced. Victor came out and did a great job. Even fixed a leak in one of the valves for free. Nice guy, great service. Definitely recommend Victor and Pacific Paradise
