First time ever meeting Alex H from PCR, I found him on Google and I am glad I did! I am very impressed with the kind of customer service he offers, which nowadays is rare among other roofers or just GCs in General.
From the beginning I was confident he was going to be able to get the job done. I can tell he was on it. I had a home I had to prepare for Sale and we were in escrow. Alex and his team stepped up and got the job on time in a crunch. He responds quick to phone calls, goes out there and makes sure he can secure materials so he can assure the work is done on time, amazing attention to detail. Great job by Pacific Coast Roofing! I contacted them to clean and repair my roof. Their estimate was reasonable, and they worked with me to meet a tight schedule. They inspected my roof, gave it a thorough power wash, and replaced broken tiles . The crew arrived when they said they would and left the work site clean. Alex, Esteban, and Karina always responded quickly, answered all of my many questions, and made the project as stress-free as possible. They also went the extra mile to provide pictures and documentation I requested. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Roofing for quality, professional work and excellent customer service.
