The worst service of my life. I applied for the ITN with this company and it was horrible. After supposedly completing the W7 form and having all my documents at the end of January. They sent my documents on February 15.I was never able to follow my documents because they never gave me complete information. Laura did the worst job of her life. She lied about my information, never answered one of the 100 calls I made and even less answered any message I left him. And when she answered she gave me incorrect information about the IRS. One day she told me I'm calling every two days and the next she told me I can't call every two days. After 12 weeks without knowing anything...read full review
