No integrity with this company. They gave me a quote to clean 2 small bedrooms, living room and hallway at my dad's apartment. $85.00. The guy arrives 2.5 hours late, then goes on to tell me that no way he will work for less than $450.00. I tell him to forget it. Thus begins the back and forth negotiations with his boss. We finally agree to $200.00 for the job and he begins to work. He comes to a dirty traffic and tells me it's extra for deep cleaning and that is not part of the deal. After more extended conversation with his boss agrees to give traffic areas another pass. He left the job half done and me exhausted at my wits end. Called on 8/10/22 to schedule an app for 8/21/22 to clean 2 bedroom. App conformed and never show. My house is a mess all the bedroom furniture in the living. Am calling to find out if they are coming and my calls aren’t been answered. Terrible experience. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY NOT RELIABLE

We've been loyal customers to M&M Carper Cleaning for over 5 years now. I have 3 boys ,so if you can imagine my carpets get trashed. Every time M&M comes out, they're able to get my carpets back to new again.Recently, we found out that M&M also does car upholstery. I had got my car fully detailed by another company and was told, that the stains and smell in my car was impossible to remove. I figured if M&M could clean my carpets the way they do, I might as well make an appointment to have them clean the upholstery in my 2010 Pilot.
