For someone who has had prescription glasses for 10 years, periodically trying contacts but never being able to find the "right fit" of lense, Bill Lyon and his staff have exceeded my expectations. Previous to the personalized care they provided me, I had never felt like contacts were as comfortable or easy to use as my prescription glasses. Bill and his staff are top notch - they go far and away above and beyond to ensure their patients are comfortable and cared for. One time I even showed up a week early for an appointment (not realizing it of course) and they seamlessly added me into the schedule and it wasn’t until I checked my calendar a few days later that I had realized my mistake. They never said a word. Now I make the drive from San Diego every year.
The staff at Lyon Contact Lens center are excellent. Bill Lyon is very knowledgeable about finding the right contact lens for your eyes and makes sure they fit right so you can see your best. Ive been going to them for years and with my high prescription, I need as much help as I can get. They have always been wonderful and a compassionate group of people.
