Don't write many reviews but had to do one for Luis and the team as they did a great job for a full roof reset of 2700 sq ft. First off, they had the best rate and I got 3 quotes. Luis is professional with a written contract including all details. All items per the contract, no hidden items, gotchas or upcharges that are not clear. Crew was punctual, did the job well and cleaned the site up every day. Good communication on any items or questions I had. Fully recommend them!

I have not been happy with contractors for years ... I thought maybe because I am difficult Till I found this company.Andy and his crews were awesome They work hard for uI found he was careful to keep me apprised of what they found and conscientious about communicating with me throughout the process. I am quite happy to have found a trustworthy individual and would heartily recommend Luis and this family business.

This my second review for this exceptional family run roofing business. I am just as impressed now as I was a few years ago. A few years ago they put a new roof on my father in laws house. It was an excellent job and so it was a "no brainer" to call on them when my personal home needed a roof. It turns out I didn't just need a roof, I desperately needed one. After removing the old roof they found a lot of wood rot, water damage and termite damage. They had to replace 36 sheets of plywood, all new fascia, 13 rafter tails and a bunch of structural wood work. (It's only a 1200 square foot house!) The process with them was easy and stress free.
