I was most impressed by Raul my salesperson. He was courteous and extremely helpful in not only supplying me with samples so I could make the right decision but in facilitating the speedy delivery of the flooring so that the job could be finished on my timeline. I would highly recommend LL Flooring and, especially, Raul.

Brandon was so amazing. My husband went last night to get some flooring that the website said they had in stock. Who ever helped him said they didn't have it. I called the next morning for a different flooring. The person answered the phone and said he would call me back. When we finally connected he said he would check the stock and call me back again. I waited a couple of hours and called again. Brandon was amazing! He put me in hind and said the stick they had was damaged but offered to call another store for me. He came back in the line and said the other store had what I needed. Taking a chance, I asked him to check for the flooring my husband was told they didn't have the night before. He put me in hold and came back and told me they had enough. He put it in hold for me and I headed straight there. He loaned me a tarp to put in my car and loaded it up. Thank you Brandon.

Went in with intention on looking for alternate flooring since the ones we ordered 2 months back are still stuck at the ports. Junior, the store manager helped confirm our order status was indeed still not arrived, but also took the extra step to check if any stores nearby happen to have our floors in stock. Luckily to our surprise, a store an hour away happen to have our floors; someone recently returned it.Although Junior's store wouldn't get the credit for my order since we placed order from another office, he was still patient and gave us his sincere advice to help us decide on going to pick up ourselves vs. paying for shipping.Overall, an excellent experience even...read full review
