I have seen Dr. Phong and her husband, Dr. Tsu, for over five years. They are excellent providers, extremely intuitive and have helped me with various maladies over the years including a frozen shoulder and female hormonal issues. I agree with the other post, BIG heart and profound wisdom!

overflowing heart and wisdom... I went to Dr Phong and her husband (the herbal pharmacist ) this year for facial paralysis. She was very sympathetic and effective. I made some recovery in 2 weeks, when the American emergency room doctors had told me it would probably take 1-2 months. She is quite intentional with her needles, so not for the squeamish! And don't let her age fool you, her English is quite good. Her prices are extremely low for the wealth of wisdom behind her services. The couple could retire but desire to continue helping people and you can see their office is so busy.
