I called on a Monday about a possible haircut on the following Friday, and was told they take walk-ins. I explained that I would be taking the day off work but needed a set appointment as had other errands to run; an appointment was set for 11:00. I arrived at 10:55, and someone who had just "walked in" was seated in the chair, the cutter telling me that "he (the customer) came in first". I told him I had made an appointment especially so I could stick to a time frame, and he just looked at me and said "Sorry Sweetie". I don't think I've ever been treated so rudely in a so-called 'place of business'.

They did not listen to anything I asked for and then had the audacity to try and gaslight me and tell me it was what I asked for. The lady is really d**** she can't understand basic instructions and they're racist

i love cutting my hair here. have been going for years since i was like 13. only place i can trust to cut my hair decent. and i live in san diego now and still drive to santa ana when i get the chance. this place is deffinetly home
