“I can't say enough about how amazing this company is. My 92 year old Grandmother recently passed at her home in Newport Beach after being in hospice there for a week. The Care to Stay Home caregivers were nothing short of incredible on so many different levels. They not only helped with the daily tasks that come along when caring for elderly who have little no to use of their extremities, they were so kind and patient with my mother, aunt and uncles (who are known for asking millions of questions) and it allowed all of us to really spend quality time with her before she passed. “Getting older is a fact of life! Especially regarding where and what to do with your elderly parents. If you are reading this and are over age 40 something , then this is probably geared more towards you . The cognitive challenges that come with dementia & Alzheimer's is not easy to cope with. Rest assured this team helped out and balanced the scale. I hired Senior Helpers to take care of my Dad . It started with one day a week , then two but then quickly it became necessary for full time home care. Sometimes even 24/7 . The caregivers on this team are all very considerate and genuine caring people as are owners Sandy & Hector. Thanks again. The in home care covers a myriad of real life things. Both Pam & Diana are so informative, fast, and get every single last lice/egg out before leaving, so you can go to bed feeling relieved. I've had them come out twice for my kids, they got here within a couple hours & saved my sanity. Also their coco loco treatment is the best & most effective on the market. “My mom came home from the hospital on hospice care in May and we knew we needed addition help. We opted to sign up for 24-hour care for my mom. We had care for 4 days before her passing. Her daytime caregiver was Fe. We absolutely adored her. She provided such wonderful and compassionate care for my mom but also support for our family. Our nighttime nurses did change a bit but everyone again was great. They took care of her during the evening and allowed us to get some sleep. The staff was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable, but more importantly they exhibited a genuine loving concern and commitment towards our entire family. Cynthia performed a comprehensive assessment at our house, explained the whole process, patiently answered all our questions, and helped us deal with the long-term health insurance company. The communication flow with the CareAssist administration is open, and they are quick to respond. The angels who come to care for mom are caring, loving, and kind. They assist her with all her needs: bathing, bathroom, dressing, and other daily activities that she can no longer do on her own.
