We got a fridge from them in January, it stopped getting cold so we called to see if they could send someone to check it out, it was an easy fix and they where Great! We would definitely buy from them again!

My Fridge is now cooling and freezing like new that is why they get 4 stars. They only get four stars because they lack communication.I needed to have my fridge fixed and they were prompt about helping. I made an appointment with Sears and they said they did not have a tech available for another three days. When I drove to Harbor Appliancen, the man there also mentioned that they were VERY busy so it would take the tech at least three hours to go take a look at my fridge. Three days and thee hours are a huge difference, and I get it Sear is easy to contact and to trust so that made sense to me.
