Best cleaning company I have come in contact with thus far! I own numerous short term rental properties with all 5 star reviews, our number one being cleanliness. So trying to find cleaners who will uphold the same cleanliness standard as myself and what my guests expect, is really hard to find these days. But elite maids has exceeded all our expectations. Jacob, who is one of the owners, has especially set the tone. He has the best work ethic and you can tell they try to implement that into their teams. I'm so grateful I found Jacob/elite maids because I was so close to shutting down my Airbnb's. The struggle was real trying to find cleaners that I trusted, had faith in and was confident in their cleaning and staging abilities. I'm extremely particular and ocd. Things have to be perfect! And I believe cleaners can truly make or break short term rentals. But when I found Jacob, I was motivated to keep running my business. He showed me light at the end of the tunnel lol He's very personable, caring and truly wants the customer to be happy. This has been the best experience ever and I can't recommend them enough! Anyone who goes with another cleaning company would be doing themselves a disservice. Trust me, you won't regret using elite maids!:)

We had a team out this week and they did a great job. I have tried other people's housekeepers but they were either too expensive or I had to fit into their schedule. With this service I can get someone out whenever I need for a great price. And it's an added bonus that everyone is bonded and background checked.

I had one of these teams clean my home - I had a deep cleaning with 4 hours included. They let me know all services that were included, and let me choose some additional ones to complete if they had some additional time at the end, which they did. They did a really great job cleaning the entire house and communicating with me.
