Bob Burrud came highly recommended from friends. Their dog's behavior was a showing example of Bob's capabilities, so I was eager to work with him.Bob has made training my male Doberman puppy, Archer, so much more manageable and less frustrating. Before he visited my home, Bob spent hours on the phone with me, answering questions and giving tips on arranging Archer's crate and exercise pen, house training, managing emotions when dealing with a young puppy, and much more. He spent at least 2 hours on the phone over the course of 3 or 4 conversations before he ever saw a dollar from me!
