This review is for Samantha/Sam at APEX. Sam was so patient with my family's desires to find a good home for my mom. While I am the only contact and have no other help from family, all while I have a demanding full time job on top of my own personal life, Sam was very understanding of this situation and drove the entire process for me and made it smooth as possible. I have no words to explain the excellent service I received for my mom when she was admitted to Hospice. Starting with the Rep Taylor ( the most welcoming and friendly Rep / Referral coordinator) she initiated the process in a professional and in a timely manner. Also I would like to thank: Holly (SW), JC (chaplain) Nursing: Chie, Shauna, Delecia (RNCM), Carla, Emily for taking good care of my mom till the end. You guys are Angels I thank you again and again for the excellent service provided my Apex Home health are Hospice. I highly recommend this Agency. Renuka A
