Booking an appointment for same day was easy and I liked the online feature to fill everything out. Everyone in office was professional and the doctor was helpful. Unfortunately, the trouble came afterwards when I had to wait two days to have my prescription filled. The office did not send all the information needed to my pharmacy. My pharmacy requested the information multiple times and I had to call myself multiple times over two days to have someone help me. In person experience was good but making a sick person wait two full days to get antibiotics is not okay. By the time someone finally helped me, it took 5 minutes to get it figured out. Two days of reaching out for a 5 minute fix.

I have no idea why this urgent care has so few reviews! It was very easy to book an appointment here for a rapid Covid antigen test and it only cost $75 (which is quite a steal since most rapid tests in Irvine cost over $125). The first time we came we showed up an hour before the appointments and both of my daughters were seen within 10 minutes. After they got swabbed we stayed in the same exam room and received our results within 5 minutes! The results are provided in a piece of paper so it's easy to save a picture in case you need negative test results to return to school (or work).Fast forward two weeks later and we had to book follow-up tests again for our daughters to return to school due to new potential exposures in the classes. Again, it was super easy for me to book the appointments online (the day before) and there were plenty of time slots available. Everything was done through the Solv app and it was so convenient to upload images of our insurance card and pre register so all we had to do when we arrived was pay. As soon as we checked in I received a text message with our place in line. But lo and behold we were seen within 5 minutes of arriving despite showing up 20 minutes late. Everyone here is super nice and the office is clean. There's also free parking! I have no complaints at all and would definitely return if future rapid Covid tests are needed! Also, the location is just 1.5 miles off the 405 freeway off Bristol just down the street from South Coast Plaza so it is very convenient. The urgent care is located in a medical office building so there is a shared restroom outside down the hallway that requires a code to be input (you can request the code when you check in to the urgent care). Both times we came there were only 2-3 other patients in front of us so we feel very fortunate to not have to deal with the 1.5 hour waits we've heard of in Irvine!It's definitely not the most modern or high-end urgent care, but the service, convenience, and pricing of the Covid rapid tests is unbeatable!
