Excellent experience! The staff was incredibly professional. I was impressed they have everything on-site - x-rays and the lab for blood work and others . No waiting days for results or going to multiple locations. The convenience made everything so much easier.
I took my dog to the emergency room. They were very kind. The doctor treated my dog quickly and acted intelligently on his problem. She was a hero to my dog. On the first day of treatment, he got better. Thank you for everything you did for Luna.
So glad to have found Dr. Ransom to take care of my kitties. This practice is very busy but the doctor’s manner is still so calming for anxious pets (and their anxious humans, too). I appreciate that he doesn’t recommend tests unless he feels they are necessary, doesn’t pressure you to buy medication from the practice, and recommends more holistic treatments for pet wellness.
I would recommend submitting refills for prescriptions that they don’t stock in office early, just because they are very busy and it can be difficult to get it worked out with the outside pharmacy.
