I am seeking legal action toward Luis and Ace Landscape. They are not responsive and very unprofessional. My house has been on construction for more than 6 months for just simple retaining wall, front fences and a driveway. Luis never give a specific deadline date that the job will be finished. He trashed the place, not following safety protocols , leave sharp objects and trash everywhere in the yard. I have been ghosted by him for months. I am seeking legal action toward Luis and Ace Landscape. They are not responsive and very unprofessional. My house has been on construction for more than 6 months for just simple retaining wall, front fences and a driveway. Luis never give a specific deadline date that the job will be finished. He trashed the place, not following safety protocols , leave sharp objects and trash everywhere in the yard. I have been ghosted by him for months. Everytime we want him to give a response, he take weeks to reply, or recently he's not replying at all . I have tried multiple times. And at this point I will leave it up to the authorities to take action. Beware of this scammer!

My job was to install the concrete in my backyard. Luis did what he was told, but why 1 star??? Because "You Get What You Pay For" Price is cheap, but you will have to clean up the mess after the work is completed. Once they leave, they will never come back to your house to fix any problem or clean up the mess. Trust me, there are a lot of mess and you may have to hire someone else to do the work after. Communication is by far the worst, Luis comes to work at his own time. As a customer, WE should have the priority to tell them when to start the work. It is ok if he has another job, I understand, as long as he gets the work done on time, I am cool with that. But he never came back to fix the mess (such as leaving a huge chunk of dried concrete on the sidewalk, removing the wood that use to set up the concrete, and fixing the part of concrete that has a huge puddle when it rains). It has been 2 months that he has promised me to come back, but I never get a response from him. I read the reviews and I still went with him, but now I regret it. Just a tip, if you don't want any headache after the work is completed, either you find a contractor and pay little bit more; or you DON'T pay Luis the full amount until you make sure he finishes all the work and clean up all the mess. (he will be very nice to you when he wants the job, after he got the money, he won't even answer you)
