There’s not much spa atmosphere, no soothing background music or anything and a few techs or students were practicing on mannequin on the other beds while chatting. My tech was nice and friendly. Matched Groupon price and paid $70 including $10 removal fee and tip to get 13mm cat eye volume set ($50ish on Groupon) and I’m satisfied so far. I think it’s a good solid deal.

The customer service experience was great. I’m new to lash extensions and they answered all of my questions. The price was very reasonable. And the end result was amazing. At first, I thought “wow this looks like too much”, but throughout the day I began to love them. I can’t stop looking in the mirror. This is definitely going to be “my place” to get lashes done.

This shop is very good, and I visit it every month. Their two mascara artists, Lucy and Angela, are very nice, they can keep my eyelashes very tidy for a long time, and I like it very much.
