Upon reading ALL the reviews and being referred to Carmen by a friend, I can give her 5 stars for her service. If I was able to give her more I would!! I was in debt to the IRS for a substantial amount of money which caused me lots of stress. Carmen was amazing, she helped me resolve this issue. She explained everything in great detail and I felt comfortable speaking with her. She truly is a godsend and helped me resolve my debt. In fact, it turned out the IRS owed me money. I would never have known this if it was not for Carmen. I highly recommend Carmen for your tax issues. She is pretty amazing , honest and forthright. Carmen is an angel. I was calling around asking different companies about their rates and Tax Relief Services was competitive. Carmen is compassionate, I didn't feel I was being sold or pressured. She explained the process to me and promised that if she didn't think I had a case then she wouldn't take it. Through the entire process she held my hand and made me feel confident we were doing everything right and I had nothing to worry about. Before I met Carmen I was throwing my hands in the air and giving up. Well, Carmen knew what she was doing and now this is all behind me I could not be any more happy than I am today. I don't have the stress from the IRS and I feel Great again.
