The tech did my pedicure, and she was incredibly sweet, engaging me in a wonderful conversation. As I relaxed in the massage chair, she asked if I would like a complimentary water or soda--a first for me at any nail salon! I opted for water and then selected my color from a wide variety of options. What I also appreciated was how transparent the pricing was. They handed me a clear pricing sheet with all the service options, which I found much better than other places. I always go for the service with the longest foot massage! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. My feet looked amazing, and I even got a compliment on my sandals at the grocery store that same day! “I visited the salon on Thursday to have my hair color touched up and cut. My appointment was at 9:30 the name of the girl I made the appointment with is Jackie. I arrived 5 minutes before the appointment and she was already there. I think it's important to highlight this because the store opens at that time. She is very kind, she allowed me to see the hair tones so I could choose the right one. After that he covered my neck perfectly with a towel so as not to stain it, he also placed some wax around my face and ears so as not to stain it. At the time of the cut I specified what I was looking for for my hair and she did it great! I really liked the result in both things (color and cut). It is worth mentioning that she also does nails and pedicures. Therefore, make an appointment with her for a pedicure on Saturday at 10 am. I arrived 5 minutes late but I had to wait 25 minutes. It seems to me that if you have time it is okay to wait but if you go with the time counted it is a long time to wait. She did a good job with my nails, I really liked them! It is worth mentioning that the living room is very large and the place is pleasant. Most of the staff is bilingual. You don't necessarily need to have an appointment to be seen. “I come here only to see Tracy and won't come if she's unavailable. I can't speak for anyone else's work and I don't get acrylic with her, only gel mani and pedi. BUT I can say Tracy is a hidden gem. She's so precise and takes her time. She's the only person I've been to who accurately deals with ingrown if you happen to have any also. I've even moved to a couple towns over from Clovis and STILL come this way just for Tracy. Other than that, the salon is always clean and everyone here is polite!“
