Samuel is AWESOME! Responded in reasonable time. Polite and professional. Installed bathroom counter top.Cut 2 sink holes and 2 faucet holes. I purchased the top, he picked it up and cut it to size. Velazco Remodeling installed base board in my home after we had vinyl plank replace tile and carpet. Samuel's work was well done. He always was available to answer questions I had and made it a point to bring up issues and suggestions so that I could decide how to proceed. I found his communication to be the key to reliability and trust with the customer. I believe his abilities to execute quality work is apparent in this project.
