I've been coming here for years, but today I didn't have the best experience. They mixed up my information with somebody else's and made me feel uneasy seeing that persons taxes. They told me I needed to prove my identity even though it wasn't even my information to begin with. No apology was given and I think they can do better to keep people's personal information secure.
