Water main broke in street affecting multi homes. CalAm shut-off water to homes for 7 hours. Once service resumed, the combo gas furnace/circulating hot system no longer worked and no hot water was available.
Phillip Pinon knew exactly what to troubleshoot first and quickly bled air from the lines allowing the system to heat water once again.
Expert, professional, and taught me helpful advice should the water be shut-off again to spare expensive pump replacement.

Our 15 year old radiant water and home water heater recently started leaking. We contacted Peninsula Hydronics/Plumbing since we recognized their trucks in Carmel on many occasions. Our first contact was on a Thursday with Lisa, Office Manager, who got us promptly scheduled same day without an emergency service rate. Radiant Heating Technician Phillip came out and triaged the problem that the heater was definitely at the end of its service life. After a consultation with owner/proprietor Pete Pinon, we agreed to go the tankless water heater route. By the following Monday, we were set up for installation!
