Great customer service, and they did an exceptional job with the product installation. Highly recommend their services, as they were able to seamlessly match the current hardwood floor in the living room and carry it through into the kitchen.

Paul and Ray were a pleasure to work with. From beginning of process to the end result, they were friendly and professional. They worked hard to accommodate our contractor’s schedule, as we had other work going on in our home as well. Our carpets are beautiful and the installation on our stairs was done with skill. I highly recommend them for whatever your flooring needs.

We love our new engineered hardwood floors by Reward Flooring. Jesse and Kirk did a fantastic job from helping us select the right product to putting in the finishing touches. The work was very precise. They were always open to question and flexible as materials and needs shifted. We did have some hiccups along the way, but nothing major. We feel that Jesse and Kirk cared about our home and increasing our enjoyment and value of it with these new floors. We highly recommend Floor Store.
