I brought my vehicle in to have the power steering pump replaced. Brian, the owner, had a problem with the first pump that he had taken so much time to install, it failed. He had to order a new one and I needed my rig as soon as possible for work. His wife had to change up the schedule and she canceled another appointment to accommodate me.How good was that?Brian is an excellent mechanic and a very patient man. The customer service is also excellent and his wife (America) is the very best scheduler in America.
