I came in looking for a perfume and the store was really busy ,and to be honest I was on a time crunch. i was also dreading looking for the perfume on my own since I was not sure how to pick the correct one .as I got to the perfume section and began to look I grabbed one with out realizing it was as the wrong. Marcia was very attentive came up to check on me which I then proceeded to ask her if she knew if I had picked the right perfume all I had a was a picture of a broken bottle which she right away noticed I had the wrong one proving to be very knowledgeable.she then proceeded to help me look for the correct one. unfortunately they where out of stock for...read full review

They’re so RUDE when the store is about to close, they told me the registers where about to close when they haven’t even closed, and bragging in Spanish that it was time for them to go home.

Clean store and well stocked. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable of the items and provide genuine feedback. I definitely recommend Ulta, will continue to purchase from them!
