Their customer service is unacceptable. I have a refillable prescription that ran out 3 weeks ago. It needs prior authorization to be refilled, and although the Doctor already prescribed it, I have to make another appointment to be seen...yet no appointments are available for another 2 weeks. So, I have to go a month and a half without the medication.(at best) You cannot contact anyone at their clinics by phone...their system is designed to discourage that. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There's a reason Yelp gives San Ysidro Health just a 1.5 star rating. If you can, go anywhere else...to a witch doctor if necessary. I am sorry to say that I cannot give a more positive review. I enjoy giving a good review for a business or agency when it is warranted and deserved. We all know that healthcare is a challenging business, but the cosequences of not being able to access quality care for a patient may be dire. In our situation, the consequence of not being able to depend on any department for good care and service caused us to lose our home. We repeatedly had great difficulty calling to have a simmple question answered. We were often promised services that could not be provided. bad experience with this location..went to the dentist got treated horribly and social worker Patricia told me to go to Tijuana to get a dentist and didn't offer anything said I had to wait till November and very rudely like I was bothering her and annoying her she told to look online for my dental insurance and even after I asked her I tried just want to do it correctly she was huffing and puffing that I just need to look. will never recommend this place to anyone.
