I am sorry to say that I cannot give a more positive review. I enjoy giving a good review for a business or agency when it is warranted and deserved. We all know that healthcare is a challenging business, but the cosequences of not being able to access quality care for a patient may be dire. In our situation, the consequence of not being able to depend on any department for good care and service caused us to lose our home. We repeatedly had great difficulty calling to have a simmple question answered. We were often promised services that could not be provided. bad experience with this location..went to the dentist got treated horribly and social worker Patricia told me to go to Tijuana to get a dentist and didn't offer anything said I had to wait till November and very rudely like I was bothering her and annoying her she told to look online for my dental insurance and even after I asked her I tried just want to do it correctly she was huffing and puffing that I just need to look. will never recommend this place to anyone.

I became very ill during a visit to my daughter and sister in San Diego, California recently. We visited the urgent care clinic in Chula Vista for treatment. I was treated by Dr Pooga Menon on March 19th of 2024. I cannot say enough about the overall experience. I was treated with respect, professionalism, and thorough care from beginning to end from everyone.
