San Ysidro Health Center Inc: Lemon Dwight A MD

Their customer service is unacceptable. I have a refillable prescription that ran out 3 weeks ago. It needs prior authorization to be refilled, and although the Doctor already prescribed it, I have to make another appointment to be seen...yet no appointments are available for another 2 weeks. So, I have to go a month and a half without the medication.(at best) You cannot contact anyone at their clinics by phone...their system is designed to discourage that. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There's a reason Yelp gives San Ysidro Health just a 1.5 star rating. If you can, go anywhere else...to a witch doctor if necessary.
