“Their customer service is unacceptable. I have a refillable prescription that ran out 3 weeks ago. It needs prior authorization to be refilled, and although the Doctor already prescribed it, I have to make another appointment to be seen...yet no appointments are available for another 2 weeks. So, I have to go a month and a half without the medication.(at best) You cannot contact anyone at their clinics by phone...their system is designed to discourage that. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There's a reason Yelp gives San Ysidro Health just a 1.5 star rating. If you can, go anywhere else...to a witch doctor if necessary. Don't use SYH... edit: it is now 4/23/24. I had a consultation with a different doctor who assured me my prescription would be authorized by the afternoon of 4/15/24. It STILL hasn't been authorized.“
“I became very ill during a visit to my daughter and sister in San Diego, California recently. We visited the urgent care clinic in Chula Vista for treatment. I was treated by Dr Pooga Menon on March 19th of 2024. I cannot say enough about the overall experience. I was treated with respect, professionalism, and thorough care from beginning to end from everyone. I am especially thankful to Dr Menon who I believe is one of the most compassionate, thorough, professional, warm, genuine, health care providers and human beings I have encountered in my experiences in any clinic, hospital settings! she is an asset to your institution. She even called me long distance multiple times to check on my progress! Thank you Dr Menon and thank you all for your much appreciated service!“
