“We are French and were on holiday in julian at the beginning of september. Visiting our cousins. With my son, during a hike in the hills, we were stung by wasps. We started to have allergic skin reactions. I was really worry about that. We went to the clinic in julian, and there was a member of staff, with a good analysis of our problem, she recommended antihistamines. She even accompanied us to the grocery store on the main street to be sure that we bought the right medicine. I do not know the name of this woman, but i want to thank her warmly. Christophe“

“I became very ill during a visit to my daughter and sister in San Diego, California recently. We visited the urgent care clinic in Chula Vista for treatment. I was treated by Dr Pooga Menon on March 19th of 2024. I cannot say enough about the overall experience. I was treated with respect, professionalism, and thorough care from beginning to end from everyone. I am especially thankful to Dr Menon who I believe is one of the most compassionate, thorough, professional, warm, genuine, health care providers and human beings I have encountered in my experiences in any clinic, hospital settings! she is an asset to your institution. “This dental office is superior to any I have been to. The ladies in the front office are very friendly, king and super efficient. I really like that they text me to remind me of my next appt. Great service! Dr. Mondragon is awesome! He explains the procedures clearly and always shows that he truly cares about my care. The hygienist are excellent as well. I really like it there, it's always super clean. Oh, I have never felt like I was overcharged for anything. I have been going there for 7 years and will stay there. I live in South San Diego and it's totally worth driving to beautiful Chula Vista to this dental office, totally recommend it.“

“Finding a quality dentist is challenging and nerve-wracking because bad dental work can cause more problems rather than fix existing ones. I came here for a cleaning first a few months back to see how it was. I was pleased when Dr. Lee did a full review of my mouth and checked my gums. It's been 4 years since I saw a dentist and was concerned about the damage to my mouth.

He said overall, it wasn't too bad. A few cavities and I needed a crown on a tooth that I've for years had fillings fall out of. After the crown, I was hooked. The quality of his work and the confidence that he has in it. I was apprehensive about a crown because as a kid, I remembered my father having some that cracked. De. Lee said, "Eat and floss normally. If anything happens in a year, just come back." Wow! Even the temporary crown held up to a few weeks of brushing and light flossing.

He instilled confidence, and after my third visit today, I'm happy to leave a 5-star review.“

“A lovely dentist office. I would highly recommend. Before this I was going to another dentist. I was suspicious the other dentist was coming up with imaginary cavities and dental work. I just felt like they weren't being honest. So I went to Dr Yuri for a second opinion. Sure enough, the 3 cavities and crown I supposedly needed vanished, and I really had a healthy set of teeth all along. I didn't need anything done except a cleaning. Thank God for honest dentists like Dr Yuri! She is the best!“

“My family has been coming here for the last 15+ years. I can't believe I never wrote a review for them. Absolutely 5 Stars all the way! Dr. Dino and his staff are amazing and I have always felt comfortable here. First of all, any dentist visit can be scary for a child, but this place really has dedicated themselves to creating an environment where kids feel safe. I remember the first time coming here with my youngest daughter who is now 17 and I was blown away that each examination station had their own TV on the ceiling and headphones for the kids to wear to keep their focus. Today we had a visit for a tooth extraction for my son. Dr. Dino again was fantastic. He worked so well with my son and was very attentive to his needs. Always asked my son how he was doing through the process. We were in and out. It was great. The staff here is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and takes the time to answer questions. If you are looking for a fun and safe dental experience for your child, this is the place. I will add...we live almost 45 minutes to an hour away (more with traffic) now, and we still make the drive to our favorite dentist. So worth it. Thank you Dr. Dino and team for always taking such good care of us.“

“I'm 69 years old and never thought I'd be saying this ever....I LOVE my dentist!! Sam Halabo is kind, professional, honest, and he can be funny too. He has the patience of a saint. For me, all of that has made me not be nervous and anxious. The front desk ladies are also very kind. I've mostly dealt with Raya and she is very kind and professional. She will always help you anyway she can. The gal that cleans my teeth, Cindy, is great at what she does. She is very sweet. Again, I highly recommend this dental office. I just wish I had found it sooner.“

“My partner and I both received our Covid-19 Vaccines [Moderna] at this location and it was so easy and the nurses were very friendly, especially Brian! He actually made our experience funny and memorable, we even took pictures to remember this historical moment. The service is so nice, and my partner has his doctor at this health center. I was surprised to find out that my partner was able to make an appointment for the both of us to get our vaccines since it wasn't my clinic. I am most likely going to switch over to Samahan because I have witnessed how they treat him and he only has good things to say about Samahan. Even more, I love the Samahan health Center story. "In 1973, a group of volunteer doctors and nurses met to address the lack of culturally and linguistically competent health services available to their families and communities. They began providing free primary healthcare to Filipino and Latino patients out of a barber shop in downtown San Diego." The doctors and nurses can speak Tagalog and Spanish, and they also have the cultural agility too!“

“I have been seeing my dentist for 25 years and needed immediate care so I chose this one due to reviews. Dr. Melanie and her staff are truly amazing. I had a bad chipped tooth went in and they evaluated, asked if I could stay to finish the procedure and told me the cap would be made within two hours. I didn’t know this was possible. The new tooth fit perfectly , felt great and I couldn’t believe it all happened within two hours. Dr. Melanie is a perfectionist. Her staff is the same. “I am really happy with the service I received!!! Fortunately, I met Carlo who was very helpful, considerate and caring! He saw my file and recognized the dentistry i came from because he had worked there for 5 years. He took more time into me because he knew they had done bad work. When he saw my teeth tartar was still left on my left side and I couldnt believe it because i was ripped off and plus work was not done right! He told me to not worry and there was different ways to solve it. When the time comes for deep cleaning Carlo was amazing! Nothing compared to the other dentistry. I am really happy with the service.
