I contacted VIP plumbing because my tankless water heater has error message 11 and stop working. The owner Vince immediately picked up the phone and showed up at the same day. When he came he just told me that clean it will fix the problem without even looking at the my heater. He is so honest and professional. And the fee for one hour cleaning is very fair and reasonable. Unlike the other guy from other company who trying to sell me a brand new water heater, Vince opened my heater and check everything, telling me that the part looks good, no need to replace the new heater which will cost me thousands of dollars. Our home was struggling with very unstable temperature of water flow in all of our showers for almost 2 weeks. The water was getting colder. Finding the right plumber could be difficult especially when some companies want to charge a diagnosis fee right away. So I had to research more carefully when deciding which plumbing companies to ask. My neighbor had the same issue and recommended Vincent of VIP Plumbing. His company offered free quotes. We spoke on Sunday and he was able to fit me in his schedule the next day. He txted me within the 2 hr window he gave me and arrived before the window ended. Vince immediately knew what the issue was beyond the faulty check valve, he identified that my thermal expansion tank was also broken. He had both parts in his truck so I didn't have to wait for him to come back another day. I also asked him to service our water heater since we never had any official services before. He took about an hr for everything. Left the area clean & tidy before departure. Now we have our hot water back and functioning. I will contact him again for future services. He definitely knows Rinnai tankless water heaters. What a lifesaver! Thanks again. His pricing is comparable to other plumbers with Rinnai expertise claims. Vince did a great job servicing my tankless water heater that stopped working with an error code. He was able to come on the same day, and gave me all sorts of useful information while he was fixing it. He even fixed up the sub-par installation of the recirculation pump that I had, just because he happened to notice it. Will definitely call him again next time I need something done!
